Memorial Day Weekend

We sure had an eventful weekend, and tons of fun! It started off on friday, where Casey took me to Sports Authority and bought me some biker get up for our road bikes! And after that we went on over to Olive Garden, it was so yummy! Saturday we went for a long bike ride on our bikes, we love to ride so much, and it's something we really enjoy doing together. Later after that, we went to the Coppermill for my Cheer Reunion. Mrs. Harris, the cheer advisor for Mountain Crest is finally retiring after 21 years, so the reunion was a special one for her, all cheerleaders from the 80's up to this year were all invited to suprise Mrs. Harris, and congradulate her on her many years for putting up with a bunch of girls! Not everyone that was invited showed up, but it was still a pretty good turn out, and I had alot of fun, and Mrs. Harris was surprised and very touched. Here are some pictures!

Sunday was just like any other sunday, we went to church in the morning, relaxed for a couple of hours, and headed off to my parents house, where we grilled hamburgers and hung out!

Monday Casey and I really wanted to do something outside, so we decided to go hiking up to the Wind Caves in Logan Canyon. I invited my niece Kylee to go with us, and she brought a little friend. Kylee had never been up to the Wind Caves before, so I thought it would be a fun little experience for her to have. And we did have alot of fun!!! Although I'm very sore... When we came back down the mountain, we decided to grab some lunch at Taco Time and head over to Merlin Olsen Park to eat.

After we dropped Kylee and her friend at home we went home, washed up and headed over to my parents house, because they bought a new tramp with an inflateable basketball hoop on it. Amanda, Josh, Casey and I all played couples against couples, Casey and I won! It was alot of fun, but very tiring! All in all it was a wonderful weeked, and I'm glad I got to spend it with the love of my life, and my wonderful family!

Conserving water!

So this past weekend, my whole family went down to Salt Lake to see a Job that my dad recently finished. It's called West Jordan Water Conservation Park, I think. My dad builds water treatment plants for those of you who don't know, but this particular job was all about conserving water. My dad did most of the cement work, as well as many other things for this job. This park was built for the education in conserving water, they showed many different ways you could landscape your yard, as well as many other ways. We walked around the whole thing, and it was so interesting! Casey got alot of ideas on how we want our future yard to look. I'm so proud of my daddy! He works so hard! Here are some pictures of his hard work!
